Listed below are some of our current projects. Our current portfolio includes the following small to medium apartment/townhome projects in the East Bay.

    We have constructed 2 Duplex buildings in Sidney, Montana and are seeking interested parties to purchase these as long term investments. All of the units are currently rented and have been stabilized.

Each unit will have its own washer & dryer as well as a fully complemented kitchen and bathrooms that meet ADA guidelines. These homes are for residents seeking an affordable alternative to the high-priced apartments which include care services. These apartments are a great option for active adults. Rents will range from $1,800 to $ 2,500 dollars a month.

    *  This project is owned and is in the planning phase. We are developing a list of interested investors.

The freeway is just down the street which can get you to all destinations of the Bay area. Our homes boast 1 to 3 bedrooms and each comes with a two-car garage for those who have multiple cars. Each home has a half bath in the living area and one or two baths in the bedroom area. Our homes will each have their own washer & dryer and granite countertops. The kitchens are large and luxurious. The property will be gated and secured. The homes will be available for rent or purchase.

    * The project is approved through planning phase. We are seeking interested investors as we move into the construction and final delivery phases of the project.
