Chris started his journey with CRE in 1988, specializing in purchasing, financing, rehab projects and sales of various types of real estate from single family homes to industrial buildings. He has negotiated developer agreements with cities for specific plans, assisted architects and engineers in valuation of engineer projects, and negotiated purchase and sale agreements on complex land and buildings. In the early 2000’s he managed superfund sites, repositioned assets, and has played a key role as owner/builder on over 100 million dollars in development projects.
Chris has developed from “scratch”, single family homes, multi family homes, condos, hotels, retail, mixed use, gas stations, and industrial buildings (U.S. Postal Service). He also has managed complex and challenging projects involving the coastal commission, projects that involved environmental impact studies, general plan amendments, zoning changes etc. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about most facets of real estate.
James has twenty-five years experience as a real estate appraiser and teacher to other prospective appraisers. He is a real estate broker with several hundred million dollars in sales of all types of real estate from multi family homes, single family homes, churches and commercial properties and has extensive experience in obtaining building entitlements for many projects.
Nikki is a thirty year veteran in real estate management. She is an expert in real estate accounting and organization of residential and rental properties. She oversees a real estate appraisal office and has developed strong administrative skills and insight into making an organization ‘run smoothly.’ Nikki takes great pride in managing an office which has multiple activities and shares in its success.
Bill has over forty years experience in sales of multiple products. He has owned and managed a custom printing firm has given Bill extensive skills in media and sales areas. He also has experience in insurance claim management and in identifying insurance problems and solving them. Bill is adept at negotiating settlements for insurance companies, has a proven track record in CRM management and has efficiently used it to generate sales.
For over thirty-five years Randall has used his experience in negotiating pipeline, cell tower and land leases. He has extensive experience in title and escrow work and very knowledgeable about land acquisitions in unique ways. Randall is a consummate professional and distinctively personable.
